Red mean “STOP” – so you just stopped to view the look of red for prom 2016.  We know not everyone loves to wear this bold hue, but for those who do this is your year.

Red seems to breath live into that not so basic yet classic designs that has been wore year after year.  Our favorite way to give this tried and true prom color new life is to dial up the texture!  How does this happen in prom dress designing since there are just so many fabrics that scream “I would make a beautiful formal prom dress.”  Well, of course, gorgeous embellishment and amazing cuts, stitches and placement in the design phase can really change a simplistic look into a dream look in an instant.  We must remember, especially with those dramatic red shades, classic yet decidedly chic will always be an OMG look for every event.
