Arkansas native, Tony Bowls, became involved and inspired be the formal fashion industry at a very young age. He found inspiration from various pageants to be involved in the formal wear world. At the age of 28, he decided to take a leap and open a high-end dress and pageant store. Owning and managing the shop gave way for him to develop relationships with designers, customers, and specifically, pageant contestants.  Eventually, he found himself working one on one with contestants competing in the Miss America and Miss USA pageant systems. Tony Bowls found these customers allowed his creativity to prosper through custom design work.

Continuing on Tony Bowls teamed up with manufacturer Mon Cheri, to create a Tony Bowls collection in 2004.  Ever since, Tony Bowls has not slowed down. His designs have been worn by numerous Miss America and Miss USA winners, and many other pageant contestants. He has been named the official designer for multiple pageant systems, as well!  Allowing Tony Bowls to became a huge deal in the pageant world!

With his success on pageant stages, Tony Bowls decided to expand adding multiple new lines to his collection to reach all shoppers as well as branch out on his own as a manufacturer.  His fame continues to grow as his prom dresses and social occasion gowns were in high demand. His fabulous designs won him the DEBI Award for “Prom Designer of the Year”, two times! Tony Bowls has expanded his brand far beyond the pageant stage. His dresses are worn by celebrities, pageant queens, and prom goers all across the globe.

Celebrities such as Carrie Underwood, Ashley Greene, Vanna White, and Brooke Burke have all worn Tony gowns. His work has also been featured on many different television shows, as well as various magazines.

It is very clear that Tony Bowls has an impressive career already. His background in retail and fashion has really given him an advantage as a designer. He continues to blow us away with his innovative designs, year after year. We can’t wait to see what the fall homecoming season holds for Tony Bowls collection!
