Most of the time when you think of fall foods, you think of desserts and lots of candy; this can be daunting to your diet, but there is a way to keep it healthy! Using a variety of vegetables and spices, you can create amazing fall inspired dishes, without feeling the guilt that junk food can bring! It’s a real win, win!
