Along with leather, another gorgeous fabric that La Femme uses is velvet. This may sound a bit strange, but velvet dresses are stunning and not just for those winter formals! These dresses create a dramatic appearance and really capture the essence of glamour. Throughout the collection, there are multiple velvet styles. While all of the neck lines and backs of these dresses differ, they all have the same general fit. They are all formfitting but have a relatively straight skirt.  La Femme  24605 is one of our favorites out of the velvet selection. This high neck dress has the most stunning shape. The sides are sheer illusion and the back is open. This sophisticated look is a showstopper! If you are looking for two piece, there is one in velvet too! In addition to these, there are tons more velvet looks. The great thing about velvet is that embellishments are not needed. The fabric shimmers and shines without any beading at all!

La Femme is also changing up the way they use beading on some of their dresses. These entirely beaded gowns are embellished with small, round beads instead of a combination of random beads. These small beads adorn the entire dress, adding texture and sparkle. You can see this beadwork on styles like 24174. This cold shoulder crop is covered with beading; the skirt is the same, but the beading fades towards the bottom. Dresses like this are so captivating, without being over the top.  A  similar style is 24061, it is a sleek dress with a high slit. It is embellished with the same beads and it just as gorgeous! The strappy back of this look adds to this look as well.
