This picture was taken at a photo shoot where the actual goal was to “trash the dress” each model was wearing. This unique event was setup for free so photographers and models to expand their respective portfolios at no cost. Well, almost no expense… The used prom dresses and wedding dresses in the shoot where bought at secondhand stores, and some where even dresses that the models used in their own weddings.

Each of the models was set up at a “station” on the church grounds, along the lake shore, under the gazebo, or in the woods along Unity’s meditation walk. It made for a somewhat surreal experience, to stroll through the thick vegetation and, every 50 feet or so, encounter another gorgeous girl dressed for the altar.
